I am a London-based Italian, originally from the Piedmont region of Italy.

I was brought up in a household where food was the centre of family life. My father was a chef and my mum an amazing home cook. So I discovered my love of food at an early age.

My real passion is discovering regional food from around Italy that you might not have tasted before. But I also love the Italian classics. The recipes you will find on this website are all my own, and I have also included some from others cuisines too.
